Japanese rocket fails soon after liftoff
The Japanese space agency JAXA’s Epsilon-6 rocket carrying 8 satellites failed just after liftoff this week and had to be aborted by a self-destruction command.

In space, there are about a million pieces of space debris traveling at speeds 10 times that of a bullet. There is always a risk of a satellite or telescope being hit by that debris. Kayhan Space (a space startup) plans to track the debris and warn us before the collision happens.
