Jupiter to come closest to the Earth than it has been in 70 years.
Get your binoculars ready. You don't want to miss this.
On 26th September 2022 the solar system’s largest planet, Jupiter will be closer to the Earth than it has ever been in the past 70 years. It will be only 365 million miles away from the Earth. On this day you will get the clearest possible view of the gas giant. Not just that, if you have a decent set of binoculars you can even see 3 to 4 of Jupiter’s moons. You can view it all night long. It will be the second brightest object in the sky other than the moon. Trust me. You don’t want to miss the view.
